1. How to participate and Eligibility

1.1 The “IGEL FRIDAY’S” Promotion (Promotion) will run between the 18 June 2021 and 03 September 2021 (inclusive).

1.2 In these terms and conditions IGEL means [IGEL Technology Ltd.] and Participant means any person participating in the Promotion.

1.3 Access to the Promotion is via the Kahoot! app. We cannot be responsible for any technical or service interruptions, failures whosever arising as a consequence of hardware failure or software failure of the Kahoot! app.

1.4 The Promotion is only open to those individuals who are an employee of an IGEL Velocity Solution Provider Partner in the United Kingdom or Ireland. IGEL reserves the right to deny participation in the Promotion to any person.

1.5 A person may only enter the Promotion once per week.

1.6 It is a requirement of participation in the Promotion that the individual provides their corporate email address during registration in order to verify that they satisfy the condition set out in clause 1.3.

1.7 Participants must register a Kahoot! app username, comprising INITIALS<SPACE>COMPANYNAME and use the same username for every entry they make, each week.

1.8 In order to qualify for the Promotion, all participants must attend the corresponding “IGEL FRIDAY” Webinar and attend the “IGEL Solution awareness” section to the satisfaction of IGEL.

2. Privacy and Data Protection

2.1 All and any personal information will be used and processed in accordance with the IGEL data protection and privacy policies which can be found here.

3. Prizes and Announcement

3.1 Prizes are awarded for first and second place (Winners), based on scores delivered via the Kahoot! app.

3.2 Prizes are subject to availability and IGEL reserves the right to substitute any prize listed on the pre-determined list found here.

3.3 IGEL will contact the weekly Winners personally, as soon as practicable at the end of each week and the Winner of the Star Prize will be contacted, as soon as practicable after 03 September.

3.4 In the event a Winner cannot be contacted within 14 days after each week or from the 03 September 2021, IGEL reserves the right to select another winner based on their score delivered via the Kahoot! app.

3.5 Participant’s quiz scores will be recorded and updated weekly, IGEL will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the calculation or recording of a Participant’s score.

3.6 The top 10% highest scores will then be entered automatically into a draw to win an additional prize (Star Prize). The Star Prize is a weekend stay at a Center Parcs resort at any of the following locations: Elveden Forest, Suffolk; Longleat Forest, Wiltshire; Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire; Whinfell Forest, Cumbria; Woburn Forest, Bedfordshire; and Longford Forest, County Longford, Ireland.

3.7 The Star Prize must be taken outside of the school summer holiday period.

3.8 The Star Prize will have a maximum value of £599 and must be used exclusively for accommodation.

3.9 The Star Prize must be booked within 12 months of the draw and booking is subject to Center Parcs terms and conditions and availability. In the event a booking cannot be made during the desired dates or at the preferred location, IGEL reserve the right to select such location or dates and such determination shall be final.

3.10 The Star Prize does not include insurance, the cost of transfers to and from stations, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses but is solely limited to accommodation to a maximum value of £599.00.

3.11 Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winning Participant.

4. Publicity

4.1 By virtue of entering into the Promotion, you agree to take part in reasonable publicity, including but not limited to an interview, which may be recorded, filmed or photographed and used for general publicity and promotional purposes.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, IGEL, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Participant or accepts any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of any of the Prizes

6. General

6.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, IGEL may, at its sole discretion, exclude a Participant from participating in the Promotion, without reason, explanation or notice.

6.2 IGEL reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion at any time.

6.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1.1 The “IGEL DEAL REGISTRATION MARATHON” Promotion (Promotion) will run between the 17 May and 03 September 2021 (inclusive).

1.2 In these terms and conditions IGEL means [IGEL Technology Ltd.] and Participant means a person who qualifies pursuant to clause 1.4.

1.3 Access to the Promotion is via the IGEL Launchpad.

1.4 The Promotion is only open to employees, consultants or agents of IGEL Velocity Solution Provider Partners in the United Kingdom and Ireland, who register opportunities via the IGEL Launchpad platform. All deal registrations must be linked to an individual partner sales representative whose full name on the initial deal registration submission form must match.

1.5 Participation is only valid on opportunities over 500 software licenses.

1.6 Contact from IGEL sales to the customer must be completed within two (2) weeks of deal registration.

1.7 Opportunities must be verified by an IGEL sales manager via email, and confirmed to the Northern Europe Channel sales team to progress.

1.8 A demo/project scoping meeting with the customer must be completed by IGEL sales before any bonus prizes are allocated.

1.9 IGEL reserves the right to deny participation in the Promotion to any person, without notice.

3.1 Prizes are awarded to the Participant on the completion of a customer demo project meeting with an IGEL sales representative and only upon verification from IGEL that the opportunity complies with the requirements of these terms and conditions.

3.2 Prizes are subject to availability and IGEL reserves the right to substitute any prize listed on the pre-determined list. Prizes are limited to three (3) prizes per Participant.

3.3 Winning participants are selected at random within two (2) weeks of verification in accordance with clause 3.1.

3.4 Winners will be announced during the “IGEL Fridays” webinars.

3.5 In the event a winner cannot be contacted or claims their prize within 14 days from the date their winnings have been announced, IGEL reserves the right to select another winner.

3.6 Prizes are selected from a pre-selected list which can be accessed here. IGEL reserves the right to substitute any prize on the list with another at any time and without notice.
